Discovery Class
Discovery Class is a class designed as an introduction to Tri-State Fellowship. People attending have a chance to meet others who are also new to the church. Discovery Class is offered several times a year. It is required for membership, but attendance does not commit you to joining this fellowship of believers.
So how do people become members of Tri-State Fellowship? While attending Discovery does not commit anyone to membership, attending it is required to become a member. Because of this, Discovery also serves as our membership class. After attending Discovery, prospective members share about their spiritual journeys with at least two elders, are recommended for membership by the Elder Board, and are welcomed by the congregation on a Sunday morning. We always rejoice to see people taking this step.
