Randy Buchman Lead Pastor and Elder
Randy grew up in rural New Jersey and graduated from nearby Philadelphia Biblical University with degrees in Bible and music. He also graduated twice from Dallas Theological Seminary, with a Master of Theology in New Testament Greek and a Doctor of Ministry. He served in churches in Texas and New Jersey before coming to Tri-State in July 1994. Randy and his wife, Diana, have five sons. A mere teenager with white hair, he is also an avid sports enthusiast who is more often called "Coach" in the community than "Pastor" because he coaches high school cross country and track. He has had the great joy of seeing his girls' team win three Maryland State Championships in recent years. Randy is an avid student of American history and can provide an awesome tour of our local Civil War battlefield of Antietam. He can be contacted at randy@tristatefellowship.org.

Tim Lester Associate Pastor of Spiritual Formation
Tim grew up in Knoxville, Tennessee, also a pastor's son. He is a graduate of Johnson Bible College in Tennessee, has his master's from Cornerstone University in St. Louis, and is a candidate for a Ph.D. in Family Therapy from St. Louis University. He served churches in Tennessee, Arkansas, Indiana, and Maryland before joining the staff at Tri-State in July 2000. Tim also travels extensively as a teacher for Abiding Life Ministries International. Until recently he and his wife, Karen, had six children in college at once. He can often be found at local restaurants, entertaining people with stories in his southern accent while simultaneously encouraging them in their walk with Christ. Tim can be contacted at tim@tristatefellowship.org.

Chris Wiles Associate Pastor of Teaching Ministries
Chris grew up in the Hagerstown area and had begun attending Tri-State Fellowship while a student at Hood College, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry in 2003. While working in research, Chris found himself serving at Tri-State Fellowship in the young adult ministry. Through this experience and the many influences of the church body, Chris entered Dallas Theological Seminary, where in 2009 he completed a Master of Theology in Systematic Theology and Pastoral Ministries. Throughout this time he has had the privilege of working as a research writer for various churches and Christian organizations across the U.S. Chris joined the Tri-State staff in July of 2010. He is an avid reader, as well as deeply appreciative of music and art. Chris can be contacted at cwiles@tristatefellowship.org.

Paul Ostoich Associate Pastor of Family Ministries
Paul is from Illinois, where after high school he planned to stay and work as an auto mechanic, but found that God had different plans. He is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and from Dallas Theological Seminary (major in Old Testament and Semitic Studies). He is currently working on a Doctor of Ministry in Christian Education from Dallas Seminary. He is married to Beth and they have three children: Jedediah, Lillian, and Josiah. Paul attended Tri-State Fellowship for 12 years, 8 of them as an elder, before joining the staff in May 2004. His previous ministries include overseeing the Released Time Bible Program of Joy El Ministries in south central Pennsylvania and serving as Associate Pastor at a church in Wyoming. Paul can be contacted at paul@tristatefellowship.org.

Eric Boutieller Associate Pastor of Student Ministries
A pastor's son from Harrisburg, PA, Eric graduated from the Student Ministries Department at Liberty University in Virginia. Before joining the staff of Tri-State Fellowship in April 2002, he worked with The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association as Crusade Director and also Director of Student Events for the Associate Evangelists Ministry. He is married to Lori; they have two sons, E.J. and Jake, and a daughter, Tatyana. Eric enjoys being a fan of the New York Yankees right in the middle of Baltimore Orioles country. He can be contacted at eric@tristatefellowship.org.

Sharon Ridenour Church Secretary
Sharon came to Tri-State Fellowship in March 1997 following 30 years in the business world. She says working at Tri-State is her "dream job". Sharon is a life-long resident of Washington County, Maryland, and has been married for 20 years to Jim Ridenour. They do not have children and that is probably why she has always been drawn to Children's Ministries. On Sundays she can usually be found working with the 2- and 3-year-olds. Sharon likes to bake, enjoys reading and knitting, and is quite fond of cruises. She can be contacted at sharon@tristatefellowship.org.

Rachel Slick Communications Coordinator
Rachel was raised in Hagerstown and grew up attending Tri-State Fellowship. In December, 2009, she graduated from Shepherd University with a BFA in Art with a concentration in Graphic Design. The day after finals she was asked to join the staff at Tri-State as the Communications Coordinator and has enjoyed the challenge. She also does freelance design for several small businesses in the Hagerstown and Baltimore areas, and in March, 2010, started an online shop where she sells her artwork, note cards, and other fun things. On July 10, 2010 Rachel married her best friend, Jonny Slick, and loves being a wife, hanging out with her family and their puppy, creating all sorts of things, and learning to cook. She can be contacted at rachelm@tristatefellowship.org.

Kristin Pryor Assistant to Family and Spiritual Formation Ministries
Kristin grew up in Columbus, Ohio and is an avid Buckeye football fan. She attended Denison University where she lettered in swimming for 4 years and double majored in political science and economics. She said she would never teach, having watched the work her mom did as an elementary teacher, but God, having a sense of humor, sent Kristin to teach for two years at a Navajo mission school in New Mexico. She then proceeded to get her M.A. in secondary social studies from The Ohio State University. Kristin met her husband, Dean, in 1995, during a summer of ministry with teenagers where they were both leaders. (We thought we were the only two normal adults on the trip!) They married in 1998 and have two children, Caleb and Josiah. Kristin has served in various ministries and positions within churches — wherever the Lord has directed. Kristin has attended Tri-State since 2007 and loves her position working in Family Ministries. She can be contacted at kpryor@tristatefellowship.org.

They also have three grandchildren, Keyton, and Marlee & Makenna, 7-year-old twins. Mary graduated from Hagerstown Community College in 1998 with a degree in business management and has attended Tri-State Fellowship since 1997. She's been involved on the tech team and also with the toddler's nursery for years. She's joined the TSF staff after working in the business world for 25 years. Her past-time activities include motorcycling with Ken, traveling, hiking, biking, dogs, cross stitch, and sometimes watching the Redskins. She can be contacted at mberry@tristatefellowship.org.

Jimmy Lynn Facilities Caretaker

He is married to Linda and they have one son, A.J., who serves in the U.S. Army, most recently in Iraq. Jimmy is the nearly invisible hand that keeps the building and grounds looking their best. He serves on the Property Committee and volunteers on the tech team. Jimmy's hobbies are hunting and fishing, and he makes a great pumpkin cheesecake. He can be contacted at jimmy@tristatefellowship.org.
